隐私政策
1. 适用范围与开发者
本政策适用于 CRB Studio（开发者：chenruibing）提供的「3D动物园」App、应用网站，以及您主动联系我们时的信息处理。App 内数据、网站访问和客服通信的处理方式分别说明如下。
2. App 内的信息处理
3D动物园无需创建账号，不要求提供姓名、电话、电子邮箱或其他个人资料。App 不收集、上传或共享个人信息、位置、广告标识符或使用行为数据，不含广告、内购、订阅、第三方用户分析或崩溃上报服务。
动物绘本、三维模型和语音内容随应用提供，可离线使用。App 不需要访问相机、麦克风、通讯录、照片或精确位置；播放语音不需要麦克风权限。
3. 仅保存在设备上的数据
为方便继续阅读，App 在设备本地保存各本书的阅读位置、操作提示状态、声音设置和画质偏好。我们不会将这些数据传送到自己的服务器，也无法远程读取它们。
这些数据保留在设备上，直到您删除相应应用数据。您可以通过 iOS/iPadOS 的「删除 App」移除本地应用数据（「卸载 App」可能会保留数据）。如果使用了设备备份，备份的保留和恢复由您的 Apple 账户及系统设置管理。
4. 儿童隐私
本应用面向儿童与家庭，不要求儿童提供个人信息，也不设账号、聊天或用户上传内容功能。如需联系我们，建议由家长或监护人操作，避免在邮件中发送儿童姓名、照片、地址或其他不必要的个人信息。
如果您认为自己或孩子向我们提供了不必要的个人信息，请联系我们请求删除。
5. 主动联系我们
当您主动发送客服邮件时，您的邮件地址、邮件内容及您提供的附件会由邮箱服务处理，我们会在回复问题、排查故障或处理请求所必需的范围内使用。请勿发送密码、付款信息或不必要的个人资料。
客服通信仅保留处理问题及必要后续跟进所需的时间；您可以联系我们请求删除，我们会处理并回复。法律要求保留的信息除外。
6. 第三方平台与网站访问
App 的下载、购买和设备备份由 Apple 提供，相关信息按 Apple 隐私政策处理。
本网站通过 GitHub Pages 托管。我们未在网页中加入广告、访问统计或追踪脚本。访问本网站时，GitHub 会为安全目的记录访问者 IP 地址等相关信息；这与离线 App 的数据处理相互独立，详情参见 GitHub 隐私声明及 GitHub Pages 数据说明。
7. 政策更新
如 App 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会相应更新本政策及页面顶部的日期。涉及需要告知或征得同意的变化时，我们会按适用要求处理。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope and developer
This policy covers 3D动物园 (3D Zoo), its website, and support communications. The app is provided by CRB Studio, developed by chenruibing.
2. Data in the app
The app works offline and does not require an account. We do not collect, upload, or share personal information, location, advertising identifiers, or usage data through the app. It contains no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, third-party analytics, or crash-reporting services.
Books, animal models, and audio are included with the app. Camera, microphone, contacts, photo-library, and precise-location access are not required.
3. Local storage
Reading positions, gesture-hint status, audio settings, and quality preferences are saved only on your device. We do not transmit these settings to our servers and cannot access them remotely.
To remove the app's local data, use Delete App in iOS/iPadOS settings. Offload App may retain data. If you use device backups, retention and restoration are managed through your Apple account and system settings.
4. Children's privacy
The app is designed for children and families and does not request personal information from children. It has no account, chat, or user-upload features. A parent or guardian should contact support. Please avoid sending children's names, photos, addresses, or other unnecessary personal details. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided and would like it deleted.
5. Support communications
If you voluntarily email us, your email address, message, and attachments are processed by the email provider and used by us only to respond and handle the request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request and necessary follow-up, unless retention is legally required. You may contact us to request deletion.
6. Apple and this website
Apple handles App Store downloads, purchases, and device backups under its privacy policy. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and includes no advertising or analytics scripts added by us. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, separately from the offline app. Please refer to the Apple and GitHub policies linked above.
7. Changes
We will update this policy and its date if the app's features or data practices change, and provide notice or obtain consent where required.
